If you ask Abdullah Rajput what motivates him to excel in financial services, he’ll tell you it’s his clients. “The interaction I have with my clients is my favorite part of my job. Many of my clients have turned into friends, which drives me to provide the best service in the industry.”

These interactions began early for Rajput when he worked as a teller in college while studying finance at William Paterson University of New Jersey and continued after graduation when he accepted his first corporate banking position. Today, he serves as a Director and Insurance-Backed Line of Credit (IBLOC) Lead for Institutional Banking at The Bancorp, Inc., where he interacts with life insurance agents and other financial professionals to help provide innovative lending products to their clients.

A Trusted Partner

Providing value to financial professionals and their clients is important to Rajput. He thrives on finding opportunities to make a positive impact through his work. In one case, he was approached by a financial advisor who had a client that could no longer afford the interest payments on his life insurance policy loans. Working closely with the advisor, his team was able to refinance the policy loan and help the policy stay intact. Opportunities like this help inspire Rajput and his team to provide high-quality service to stay ahead of other lenders.

Joining NAIFA

By joining NAIFA, Rajput looks forward to expanding his connections within the industry. He chose to join NAIFA as a member after attending the social events and presentations held by the organization and having the opportunity to meet a variety of advisors. Through his membership, he looks forward to fostering these relationships and offering his expertise to other professionals in the industry.

Thank you, Abdullah, for your hard work and dedication. We look forward to a bright future in the association for you and are #NAIFAproud to call you one of our own.
