Life Happens at 20: Your Most Successful Campaigns

Life Happens, formerly known as the Life Foundation, celebrates its 20th anniversary next month. In this workshop, panelists Brock Jolly, Ryan Pinney and Van Muller shared some of the ways they use Life Happens materials to educate clients and grow their businesses.

All three use Life Happens materials throughout the year, not just during Life Insurance Awareness Month. The suggestions shared by the panelists include:

  • Play RealLife Stories on a loop in their office lobbies
  • Incorporate RealLife Stories into blog posts and social media
  • Create template-based, personalized letter to client including data from Life Happens’s insurance needs calculator
  • Send marketing emails featuring the LIAM spokesperson and Life Happens videos
  • Watch RealLife Stories and other Life Happens videos with clients in their homes
  • Use Life Happens videos as a training tool to help advisors and staff better relate to clients

To sum up, Muller told attendees, “This is one of the greatest tools in the insurance industry and if you’re not using it shame on you.”
