Congratulations to NAIFA member Andy Dalka for being hired by Union Bank & Trust as vice president – business development officer in its Retirement Plan Services department. This NAIFA-Nebraska board member’s success is due to his plethora of successful experience in the financial services industry, and his experience with leadership roles, such as being the regional vice president of Nationwide and Ameritas.
Dalka has a bachelor's degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University Business Administration with minors in marketing and communication and is a very active member of the NAIFA-Nebraska board, helping lead that branch of NAIFA to a better future. Dalka also knows how to spread his successes to non-business-related fields, with him participating in his community by being a coach for Millard North Jr. Mustangs football and Millard United Sports.
