Congratulations to NAIFA member [Andy Dalka](https://www.linkedin.com/in/andrew-dalka-aif%C2%AE-cpfa%C2%AE-95b21345/) for being hired by [Union Bank & Trust](https://www.ubt.com/) as vice president – business development officer in its Retirement Plan Services department. This [NAIFA-Nebraska](https://naifanebraska.org/) board member’s success is due to his plethora of successful experience in the financial services industry, and his experience with leadership roles, such as being the regional vice president of [Nationwide](https://www.nationwide.com/sem/brand-b-pey.html?utm_medium=cpc&utm_source=google&utm_campaign=ni&utm_content=brand:desktop:google:na:um:na:brand-core&utm_term=nationwide&engine=GoogleBrandGeneric&TFN=18888910148&tfn=18888910148&gclid=Cj0KCQjwrJOMBhCZARIsAGEd4VEtJ_1IzuVJUn0CXKt_7ITZsDMrsDBp48HXMJD7TUM_dgFzL1WcVlkaAmg4EALw_wcB) and [Ameritas.](https://www.ameritas.com/)

Dalka has a bachelor's degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University Business Administration with minors in marketing and communication and is a very active member of the NAIFA-Nebraska board, helping lead that branch of NAIFA to a better future. Dalka also knows how to spread his successes to non-business-related fields, with him participating in his community by being a coach for Millard North Jr. Mustangs football and Millard United Sports.

Congratulations Andy, we are proud to call you one of our own.
