The National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) is proud to announce a new exclusive partnership with the Hoopis Performance Network (HPN) and LIMRA that will provide NAIFA members with access to the highly acclaimed Trustworthy Selling Program. Previously available only to enterprises, this partnership marks the first time the program, developed by LIMRA and HPN, will be accessible to individual NAIFA members.
Trustworthy Selling is a comprehensive training and development program designed to help financial professionals build trust with clients and enhance their sales effectiveness. Since its inception, more than 30,000 financial service professionals have benefitted from the program with 93% of graduates saying it was a valuable use of time, and a productivity impact study conducted over 30 companies concluding that production increased by 25% on average for graduates. This new partnership aligns with NAIFA’s commitment to provide benefits to its members that allow them to personally and professionally excel.
In addition to offering Trustworthy Selling to its members, NAIFA is pleased to announce that Hoopis Performance Network has joined NAIFA’s Business Performance Center, a special interest community dedicated to providing resources and tools for practice management. A representative from the Hoopis Performance Network will also join the Center’s Advisory Council, helping to shape the future of the Center’s initiatives.
