Many NAIFA members demonstrate exemplary leadership qualities and excel at building relationships, furthering their education, and adhereing to high standards of ethics in their personal and professional lives. If this sounds like a NAIFA colleague of yours, we encourage you to nominate them for the Kenneth Black, Jr. Leadership Award. The Society of Financial Service Professionals (now NAIFA's FSP community) established the Kenneth Black, Jr. Leadership Award in 2005 to differentiate one outstanding member each year who epitomizes FSP’s core values of education, ethics, and relationships.
Any NAIFA member is eligible to nominate a worthy candidate. Nominees must be financial services professionals who are members of NAIFA. Current members of NAIFA’s Board of Trustees are not eligible. Nominations will be accepted through October 31, and the recipient will be honored at the 2027 FSP Institute on February 7, 2027, at the Margaritaville Hotel Nashville.
More information, a link to the online nomination form, and a list of prior winners are available on NAIFA's website.
