Steve began his journey in the financial services industry as a customer service representative at a life insurance company. This experience opened his eyes to the importance of a strong advisor-client relationship, sparking his passion for the profession. Steve was drawn to the financial services industry by the ability to provide solutions and protect people’s financial goals. The satisfaction of helping clients safeguard their future continues to inspire him daily. Steve and his team at E4 Insurance Services LLC (which was named NAIFA’s 2024 Financial Security Champion of the Year) specialize in life insurance, annuities, long-term care, and disability income solutions.
Steve discovered NAIFA through a close mentor who played a pivotal role in his early career. This mentor demonstrated the value of being a member, leading Steve to join and stay a loyal NAIFA member for more than a decade.
Steve feels that NAIFA’s advocacy efforts are vital to ensuring that industry regulations and policies are well-balanced. He believes it's critical to have a voice on these matters, as they directly affect the financial services landscape and, in turn, his clients. Steve has been actively involved in NAIFA’s political advocacy, attending the Congressional Conference and meeting with both state and federal lawmakers on numerous occasions.
NAIFA has been instrumental in protecting the financial services industry and, by extension, Steve’s business. He attributes part of his success to the association’s efforts.
