American United Life Insurance Company, a OneAmerica company, has established a new general agency in Richmond, Va. and is announcing the appointment of Ryan Leggett, LUTCF, general agent.

Leggett’s agency, Anchor Financial, will offer the products and services of the OneAmerica companies, including life insurance, products with long-term-care benefits and retirement services, as well as wealth management and financial guidance to clients throughout Virginia.

Leggett has previous experience as agency sales director and registered principal for MetLife and as a financial services professional for New York Life. He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and General Agents and Managers Association (GAMA), where he received the Frontline Leader award in 2011. He is also an LUTCF and a graduate of NAIFA’s Leadership in Life Institute.
