NAIFA is pleased to extend an invitation to the 2026 Financial ConNEXTion cruise conference, an experience that goes beyond professional development and taps into the future of our industry. Created by the Society of Financial Service Professionals (FSP) with NAIFA continuing the legacy, this initiative is designed to build bridges between NEXTGen talent and the financial services community.

The 2026 Financial ConNEXTion Cruise Conference
February 22 – March 1, 2026
Departing from Miami, FL with Excursions in San Juan and St. Thomas

This isn't your typical conference. It's a weeklong journey that brings together top university students from across the country with financial professionals, thought leaders, and recruiters (like you!) for an unforgettable experience at sea.

As a NAIFA member, you’ll have the chance to:

• Connect with future leaders of our profession
• Share your insights, experience, and career path
• Identify potential interns or job candidates
• Help shape the NEXT Generation of advisors

Whether you are there to recruit, mentor, or simply learn and engage, your presence matters and we have a position for you. If you’d like to to be a speaker, the cruise coordinators are looking for talent. Join several of your fellow NAIFA members to give back to the next generation. We envision the future of this initiative to include representation from every company in the financial service industry to create a unified platform to invest in the next generation. This is just the beginning of something instrumental to our profession’s future, and we're just getting started.
