Kevin Mayeux, CEO of NAIFA, guest starred on the well-known podcast Framework, April 5, 2021. Framework with Jamie Hopkins is a production of the Carson Group. 

As an association manager with more than 20 years in the profession, Kevin has advanced organizations' values and helped them see the bigger picture as it relates to time invested and seeing the financial benefits from that investment.    

Kevin talked about the need for transparency when implementing a company-wide plan, how he’s managed to unite his organization under a single vision despite a global pandemic. 

“For an association, the key is really producing value. And showing people what that value prop is and helping them see that the dollars and the time that you invest in this will pay you dividends. And that can be direct financial compensation, but it can also be rewarding on whatever level you think has value to you. And so it’s again, for me, trying to make sure that the organization has a strong value proposition.” ~ Kevin Mayeux
