NAIFA leaders Bryon Holz, ChFC, CLU, LACP, and Stephen Kagawa, FSS, LUTCF, LACP, are presenting at the 2022 MDRT Global Conference in Sydney, Australia. Sharing their industry knowledge and experience with a global audience, Holz is NAIFA’s 2022 President-Elect and Kagawa, NAIFA’s 2020 Diversity Champion, is a member of NAIFA’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council.
Holz has been a loyal NAIFA member since 1987 and his MDRT session is titled, “Sowing the Seeds of Love Through Multigenerational Marketing.” In it, he discusses simple processes and strategies for connecting with and serving multiple generations of your clients’ families. Multigenerational marketing is an act of love that helps client families achieve stability and security for the future.
Kagawa, a loyal NAIFA member since 1986, is presenting “Debunking the Myth of Work-Life Balance.” His proven methods promote overall success based on “finding harmony in what you do for a living, grounded in what inspires joy in your life.” He walks financial professionals through processes for developing a vision and mission, adjusting prospecting efforts, and creating team cultures that reflect their core values and beliefs and allow them to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
NAIFA leaders and members are often in demand as speakers, writers, and industry thought leaders. It's one more way they are differentiated from the crowd.
