NAIFA-New Jersey has been recognized by the New Jersey Senate and Assembly with a resolution in recognition of its outstanding efforts in the development of legislation that requires insurance producers to notify the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance of any disciplinary actions take by non-governmental regulatory authorities.
