NAIFA’s Advisor Today is pleased to announce the winners of its annual 4 Under 40 awards: Nicholas Limongelli, CLU, of NAIFA-New York; S. Grayson Owen, CLU, REBC, of NAIFA-Georgia; Carson Porter, CFF, FSS, RICP, LUTCF, CHLU, of NAIFA-Nevada; and Rachel Sayyad of NAIFA-Maryland.

We are incredibly proud to have so many early career advisors who are making such great strides in financial services in NAIFA. This 2025 class of 4 Under 40s is a strong reflection of how NAIFA is cultivating and recognizing the next generation of servant leaders.”

Nicholas Limongelli, CLU, is Director of Insurance Brokerage at Northeast Financial Network in Roslyn, N.Y., and is a member of Guardian’s Leaders Club Conference for top production. He served on NAIFA-New York’s Young Agent Talent task force for three years and is currently the Membership Chair on the NAIFA-New York Board of Directors.

S. Grayson Owen, CLU, REBC is a Disability Insurance Wholesaler with DIBroker East, and resides in Rincon, Ga. He is a member of NAIFA-Georgia. Previously, he served two years as Membership Chair for NAIFA-Greater Washington D.C. and served as a Director-at-Large on the Board of the International DI Society. He created the "D.I. Discussions" video series to provide insurance brokers, benefits consultants, and financial advisors with short informational videos on disability insurance and is the co-host of The Income Protection Podcast.

Carson Porter is the owner and CEO of Rev Agency Syndicate based in Las Vegas, Nev., a coaching program and mastermind with advisors across the United States and Canada representing nearly every carrier and organization. His mission is to develop the largest community of ethical, honest, productive, and authentic insurance agents in the world. He is working with the NAIFA state chapters in Arizona, New York, and Utah to provide their members with free webinars designed to help grow the NAIFA community.

Rachel Sayyad is a Financial Advisor and Growth and Development Director with Northwestern Mutual in Annapolis, Md. She is licensed in insurance and investments and is actively working on earning her Certified Financial Planner designation (CFP). Rachel runs a highly productive personal practice, leads and mentors a team of 10 advisors in her district, and leads a Women’s Advisor Study Group for the Baltimore Network. She has served on the NAIFA-Maryland Executive Committee for three years and has hosted the chapter’s largest social and networking event, which has been a successful vehicle for recruiting new NAIFA members.

Advisor Today’s National 4 Under 40 Awards recognize highly motivated, well-rounded NAIFA members under the age of 40 who balance their work and home lives and are successful at helping their clients secure sound financial futures. They exhibit extraordinary professional success relatively early in their insurance and financial services careers while supporting and participating within their professional association.
