Sims has been a loyal NAIFA member since joining the insurance and financial services industry as an agent with New York Life in 2001. He has served in leadership positions at the state and local levels, including as Past President of NAIFA-NC. He is a graduate of NAIFA's Leadership in Life Institute (LILI) and has served as LILI moderator.
